MockClip's iMessage notification generator animates text message banners dropping in at the top of an iPhone screen. Each banner shows the Messages icon, or the sender's photo with a small Messages badge, then "now", the sender's name and up to two lines of preview text, with longer messages cut off. Queue up as many notifications as you need and they play one after another.
Because the banner is the whole scene, this iMessage notification maker suits overlays. Place it on a chroma-key color, behind your own background image, or export it with a transparent background to layer over footage in your editor. A square 1:1 crop is available here too, for posts where a full phone screen is too tall.
Add a notification for each text, with a sender name, a message preview and an optional sender photo. Drag them into the order you want, and set each one's delay and display duration.
Choose the theme color, a chroma key color, a custom image or a transparent background, then decide whether each banner leaves with Slide Up or Fade Out.
Export MOV or WebM to keep transparency, or MP4 and GIF for a ready-to-post clip. Turn on 1:1 Cropped for a square frame of the top of the phone.
Each banner carries the green Messages icon, or the sender's round photo with a Messages badge when you upload one, a "now" timestamp, the sender's name and a message preview clipped to two lines.
Notifications play one after another, each with its own delay and on-screen time, so texts can arrive slowly or in quick bursts.
With a transparent background and a MOV (ProRes 4444) or WebM (VP9) export, only the banner is drawn, ready to layer over other video.
Place banners on a solid key color you pick, with green as the default, or on an image you upload, such as a home screen.
Switch the banner between light and dark appearance, and turn the notification sound on or off.
Drop an incoming-text moment into a skit, short film or vlog by layering transparent banners over footage you already shot.
Open a video with a few messages arriving in a row to set up the situation before the story starts.
Show what a message notification looks like on screen when you explain a feature, a reminder or an onboarding flow.
Open the iMessage notification generator, enter a sender name and message preview, and set its timing. Add more for a sequence, preview it, then export a video, GIF or transparent overlay. Signed in, you can also use Describe it instead.
Yes. Set Background to Transparent (Alpha Channel) and export MOV (ProRes 4444) or WebM (VP9). Only the banner is drawn. MP4 and GIF use the theme color instead. Open the MOV in a video editor, since some players only play its audio.
Yes. Choose Chroma Key (Solid Color) as the background. It defaults to green, and you can pick another color if green clashes with your footage. Then key it out in your editor like any green-screen clip.
You can type a full message, but the banner shows the sender on one line and up to two lines of text, cutting off the rest. Short messages read best, especially when several notifications arrive close together.
